Ingredients:
- 1 pack (150g) Sunpride Pork Tocino
- 1 medium-size green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 1 cup carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 egg beaten, cooked and sliced
For Sauce:
- 1 ½ tbsp rice wine vinegar
- ½ tbsp brown sugar
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp MSG (monosodium glutamate)
- ½ tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- ½ tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Procedure:
- Cook tocino according to package instruction then slice it into strips. Set aside.
- Blanch bean sprouts into boiling water for half a minute.
- Heat wok with ½ tbsp oil.
- Stir-in tocino, bell pepper, carrots, and bean sprouts. Add the sauce.
- Toss and stir.
- Serve hot. Makes 2-3 servings.
