RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Only products that present defects shall be accepted for return and replacement.
RETURN AND REPLACEMENT PROCESS
All requests for return must be made by email to email@example.com, together with a photo and/or video taken immediately upon delivery of the product or the discovery of the defect, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice or receipt covering the product. The email or request must be sent within 24 hours from the delivery of the product. Please keep the product in its original packaging, until we can verify the request for return and confirm the product’s return and replacement.
